Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order to us free of charge within 14 days. Please contact us beforehand so we can provide you with the appropriate return label.
Can I combine orders?
Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer combine it. If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll check if combining it is possible.
I haven't received an order confirmation – what now?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you don't find it there, contact us and we will resend the confirmation.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue with the shipping partner. Ideally, send us photos and a brief description.

My shipment tracking information isn't updating, is that normal?
In rare cases, shipping providers may experience a delay in updating the status. This does not mean your package is not on its way. If you are unsure, we are happy to help.
Are the products packaged sustainably?
Yes, we pay attention to loving and resource-saving packaging so that your order arrives safely and yet consciously.
How long does shipping take?
Within Austria, delivery usually takes 3-7 working days.
Germany & Switzerland: approx. 7–12 working days.
EU: approx. 12–16 working days.

What materials does Selunaris use for its jewelry?
Depending on the collection, our jewelry is made of stainless steel, 925 silver, or gold-plated alloys. Each material is carefully selected and inspected by our partners.
Why do some products differ slightly from each other?
With natural materials like crystals or glass, shape, color, and structure can vary slightly. This makes each piece unique.
Are your suncatchers also suitable for outdoor use?
Our suncatchers are best used indoors. Outdoors, weather, moisture, or wind can damage the materials over time.
How do I clean a suncatcher?
A soft, dry cloth is sufficient to remove dust. Please do not use water or cleaning agents to preserve the surface's appearance.
Where is the best place to hang the suncatcher?
It creates the most beautiful play of light in windows with direct or indirect sunlight. The colors change depending on the time of day. Each suncatcher is a small work of art in light.
How do I properly care for my jewelry?
Stainless steel is very robust and easy to care for. A gentle wipe is sufficient.
Silver jewelry benefits from a cleaning cloth or gentle polishing to maintain its natural shine.
Gold-plated jewelry requires a little more care and should not come into direct contact with perfume, creams, or water.
Can the jewelry be worn while showering?
Stainless steel is generally water-resistant. However, we generally recommend removing jewelry before showering, exercising, and sleeping to preserve its durability and shine in the long term.
Are the water bottles shatterproof?
Our bottles are made of high-quality glass. Glass is durable, but not unbreakable. Please handle with care, especially during transport.
How do I clean the water bottles?
Simply rinse with warm water or, if necessary, clean with a bottle brush and mild dish soap. The lid should also be cleaned regularly.
